I had visited the sales office at Dombivili and met the sales person Mr. Vilas Sangli and Mr. John,

I booked 2 flats cluster 6, d block, excellentia 403, 404 under reference of my friend.

I was told my friend and i are now entitled to get 1 gift each from ladder 2 or 2 gifts from ladder 1 (as their were 2 bookings).(As CASA REWARDS)

Thereafter, i referred 2 people and came their personally at the time of bookings and was told by Vilas, John, Mukesh jee (GM) etc that now i qualify now to ladder 4, )(2 2)

Now CASA REWARDS team tells me,

Dear Sir,

As per the final verification done, it is now confirmed that you will be eligible for 2 gifts [1 gift each from Ladder 1 & Ladder 2] under ClubCASA referral program.

They tell me if you do even 10 bookings under any reference you shall only get only 1 gift from ladder 1.

Also,

Even if we join the ladder after being referred by some one, the same ladder is not continued for the references you have given, i.e. a new ladder starts,

They are just manipulating the committmets.
