Unprofessional/ totally confused bunch of people starting with the director

just a word of caution to folks who want to deal with Nivedha and the directorsarathy.absolutely unprofessional, rude and arrogant. not trustworthy..not customer centric..shady in their deals... he make tall claims..desperate to get rid of their ridiculous properties... just check out their properties that are lying unfinished for more than a couple of years..blames the architect and everybody except themselves.. expect people to pay 50% more than market price .then you are sure running pillar to post to get them to pay you back... If you want to waste your investment, best place for wasting your money.
