Non payment of credit notes

Dear Sir/M'am,

This is to tell you that unicon India has issued me some credit notes in the month of April of which payment has not been made till date.

After 2 and a half years of followup the company has not paid the agreed amount sometimes my full day is ruined by making visits to its offices and making calls to them.

I am getting harassed and misbehaved at their offices.

After getting enough of this I am reporting matter to you.
