No refund of money after the Scrap of project and non delivery in 36 months

All to know that Unitech is not able to keep its words and doésnt' respect its customers anymore. ICICI bank

We had booked a flat in their much hyped project Uniworld city- capella in GH-01., MU sector of Greater Noida. The ICICI became its partner and trapped customers like us in '"Baisakhi offer" in year 2008. Customers like us trapped because a good name of ICICI bank and Unitech. So under Subvention scheme loan was easily given by ICICI bank without checking due diligence. We were double sure and confident to enter into a honest tripartite agreement (Unitech ICICIbank customer).

After a year or so we came to know that project is not being developed by the Unitech and they had dropped the idea. We asked them and bank also to cancel the loan but they did not act. Now after paying 36 month Pre EMI unitech has stopped the same and customer is eing asked to pay the EMI. Since there is no project we requested bank to ask the builder to refund the money taken by them. Both are refusing to act and customer is penalized for reposing faith on them. I also asked the bank to takeover he so called property from builder as we are unable to pay due to their default. But bank and builder are playing in connivance.

My contention is that Unitech should immediately refund the money to bank and to the customer without any delay. We have no interest in opting any of their other projects. Any help from company, bank or competent court of law???

I request all to be cautious of these two big corporate houses who are fleecing people's money. All big ticket endorsements and coulourful ads are fake and targeted to trap us.
