NRI lake city PLOT
Non handling of plot

This is with reference to our book of 200 Sq. Yd. Plot No. D-85 in NRI Lake City, Rudrapur.

I have paid 80% of plot cost in however infrastructure is not developed. We are regularly visiting your office and Rudrapur site for last many years and have been meeting, talking to Mr. Manoj Chaturvedi, Mr. Mahinder Manral, Mr. Jamil Khan, Mr. Sageer Khan, Mr. Ashok Pandey, many more, but nothing has been done till date.

We have visited your site and have found that nothing has been done. Many a times we even came with money but because of no commitment from your side we do not know what will happen happen to our hard earned money.

Last time we visited your office on 26th September but your representative authorized signatory and Mr. Sageer Khan showed their ignorance even about location of the plot, about devlopment. Last week also we visited site at Rudrapur and found that no development it’s just a jungle at the site where plots are to be developed.
