Delay inposession

This is to bring in your kind notice that I have purchase one BHK Flat no. "Nizer A -215 in Omaxe Revera Rudrapur ORP-1937 . I have book this flat on 31.08.2010. As per agreement it was assured from your site that flat will be ready in 12 months (in sept). I have deposited 95% of amount within 45 days as per agreement. From sept onwards I am taking the follow-up for the possession. First time it was told me that building will be ready till Dec1. In Dec-11 they have given the next date for March-12. 18 months have been passed but building is not ready till date. Since Dec few workers are working in the building. Pls. note that I am a service class person & living in Rudrapur on rent. I have been forced by my landlord to leave the house within a couple of month.
