Flat Not handed over for 5 yrs

HI I have purchased a flat in Sonipat in OMEXE in 2004. till this time inspite of colected all the money they have not handed over the property .. if we delay we pay 18 % intrest however if OMEXE delay they dont pay any thing .. this compmnay is heading for a scam... pl keep away and dont invest any thing .. these big names too are into scams .. below my old email and still my property is not handed over..

IN 2008 THEY PROMISED AND TILL 2011 HOUSE IS NOT HANDED OVER .. PUBLIC IS WARNED FOR THE INVESTMENT S...
