HI I have purchased a flat in Sonipat in OMEXE in 2004. till this time inspite of colected all the money they have not handed over the property .. if we delay we pay 18 % intrest however if OMEXE delay they dont pay any thing .. this compmnay is heading for a scam... pl keep away and dont invest any thing .. these big names too are into scams .. below my old email and still my property is not handed over..
