Delay in handing over possession of apartments

I booked an apartment at Omega Promoters project in Wakad, Pune in mid 2005. We were given a verbal assurance that the apartments would be ready to move in within a year's time. It has 5 years and the project has not been completed yet.

The developers changed the layout of the building and our individual flats without our permission.

The promised amenities are not being delivered, they have cut down on the open space, reduced the number of swimming pools, after having promised solar geysers in all apartments they are making the residents [future] pay for electrical ones.
