Non refund of money

I had applied for a Plot in Alpha G Corp Kurukshetra City and alloted the same in 2009.I had deposited the initial deposit of Rs 1 lakh. As the company had promised to provide loan facility from LIC Housing but they only sanction 65% of Basic Sale Price of Plot. I again approached to Alpha G Corp stating that kindly provide me 100% loan facility but they fail to do so. Due to this i face paucity of funds and was forced to quit the plot. I returned the Plot Buyer Purchase agreement and asked for refund of initial deposit but the Company is mum on the subject. Kindly help to get back my hard earend money.
