I am facing lots of Problem with the Brokers though which i had taken Flat in Rent

I had taken flat in Rent from Last 1 yrs & 10 months Completed 2 aggreements. But still when i am going to renew the agrreement he again demand for the brokrage aMOUNT EQUAL TO 1 MONTH rENT & after every 11 month of Agreement they increase 500/- at present i am paying 4000/- rent for 1BHK flat. If it will increase like this we the middle class family can't servive here.

Kindly help us so that after once i will not have to pay the brokrage amount for renewing the Agreement. As other brokers are not demanding the brokrage amount second time for the same flat.

But Sanjay Khulwade demand for the same.& not responding when there is complain for the repairing work in th flat.
