Not returning advance money

Sir

This is to state that I am Anu Umrao student AHPL Girls hostel want true justice. Sir actualy I have join the hostel on 15-2 for one month. On 20-2 I have informed mamta mam and manager Ashok Gupta that I want to leave the hostel on 15-2, he said ok and dosn't tell me anything, in the presance of mamta mam and many student. On 6-3 I have taken debit of Rs1500 .as i told Gupta sir deduct this amount from my advance I am here only for one month, he allow me. On 10-3 I told Gupta sir that i am shifting eaither 14th or 15 march he said leave the application, on evening of the same day i have leave the application.but now today when ever i ask for my advance, he said'' what advance you have frist return me 1500 then only i allow u to leave the hostel ok"

Sir he is torching me for Rs 1500 and dosn't return my balance Rs1000.I hope you could consider my request and give me possible justice.
