Cheating flat buyers by false promise

Hi,

I have booked a 2BHK flat in PAN Oasis GH - 01, sector - 70, Noida.

PAN is aconsortium of Patel Reality, Amrapali and Nirala Developers having office at E - 29, sector - 08, Noida, Ph : 0120-4213400, Fax : 0120-4213408, Website: pateleng.com.

While booking they told there is a terrace for some flat and if you book that flat you have to pay PLC of Rs. 200. I booked in assumption that they are constructing flat with terrace but latter come to know that so called terrace is Fire rescue area and buyer do not have any right to it.

it means I am gifting 2.25 lakh to builder without any reason. Builder is saying you do not have any right and Builder can charge any kind of PLC on any ground. Go whereever you want to go.

Be aware of Patel Reality, Amrapali or Nirala developers. They will cheat you by some or other way.
