IT PARK TECHNICA ON GURGAON SOHNA ROAD

I had booked office space in the above mentioned project of company Parsvnath Developers Ltd. in the year December. I had opted for their assured return plan by paying ninety percent of the total amount. Due to their bad finacial condition or intentions they have stopped paying the assured interest. It has been nearly five years, but they have still not started construction. They do not respond to emails or telephone calls. I wish to caution every investor from investing in this company. Majority of their projects remain unfinished, inspite of having collected full or ninety percent of the amount from investors. Please advise on what should I do?
