Water purifiert

Dear sir,

we are having problem in water purifier from long time, and once your engineer visited our home but he was not able to do so and said complaint again in our customer 's call center

we think PHILIPS is a one of best company in INDIA but your services are not up to mark.

we are having a NO 1 purifier in our house but still we are drinking tap water.

we are requesting you plz do some thing for my product if you can.
