Breach of contract: non refund of money deposited for shop

SUB: PIYUSH MAHENDRA METROPOLITAIN MALL

We would like to submit the following :-

1 We had applied for a commercial shop measuring 500 sq. Ft. in the subject Mall on 11.03.08.

2 From 11.03.08 till date (29 Jun 10) (27 months), there had been no work done on the same. As per our application the prescribed format (First page / point # c), we are entitled claim refund of our advance for provisional registration with simple interest of 11% in case no work is done / intimated etc.. to us with in period of 2 months from the date of booking.

3 Since no work has been done during this period, we request to refund our provisional registration amount with simple interest of 11%.

4. Regular reminders for the same have been sent to the company on email, which is not replied to and registerd mail has also been sent to the company.

Please advice whom to approach and is there any chance of respite..
