POSSESSION OF FLAT
POSSESSION OF FLAT NOT RECEIVED

I booked a flat in Unitech Air, New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal, flat number being 3704 on 36th floor at Tower 01 measuring 3702 sq. ft. vide agreement dated 20.11.2007. My customer code is UA0025.

I was assured that the due date of delivery of the flat is 30.06.2011.

I paid the full consideration money at the time of booking the flat, after obtaining loan from the bank.

From time to time, I went for a physical inspection of the site and found that 36th floor has not yet been constructed even, after six years of time.

I had contacted the promoter on several occasions, but I have not got any concrete reply as to the time of completion of the building and the date of possession of the flat to me. I wonder if I will ever get possession of the flat.

The builder is outright cheating not only me, but all those who have booked flat at Unitech Air, Rajarhat, New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal.

I have not got any redressal of the financial and mental agony and hardship that I am passing through, because of Unitech's business malpractice.

I seek to invite the other sufferers of this project of Unitech to come forward and jointly seek action against the builder.
