REFUND OF AMOUNT

My daughters Sangita Verma and Monika Rani applied for EWS plots at Gurgaon notified by Ansal API with its Head Office At Delhi and Deposited Rs.1315/- as Regn money vide D.D no.100058 Dated 26.3.09 and D.D no.10059 Dated 26.3.09 and the comapny acknowledged the same giving no. PV 7765 and PV7766 respectively. Later on the plots were rejected on the basis the BPL card was not available. The company has been reuqested many a time for the refund of money and even I have visited their Delhi office many a time and all the timess assuranes have been given that the money must be refunded by 15.11.12 positively, but till date no refund received. The company telephone no.is 66302268-70 and the dealing hand Mr. Khanna phone No. is 66038245 and his senior Mr. Mandola's phone no. 66038353 and 66038395 and none of phone is being picked up by anybody in the company and the refund is lingering on for the last four years.

Please take appropriate action and oblige.
