Today there is a newspaper notice published by Rajasthan Finance Corp. (RFC) in Rajasthan Patrika (page 11) whereby notice has been given for auctioning SKYLINE project of AMAY (Krishna Villa Apt. Pvt. Ltd.) which is to take place on 28.4.10. If the auction takes place, then there would be serious set-back to the investors who have purchased flats in the SKYLINE project. Therefore, immediate action is required to protect the interest of investors and stay on auction is to be obtained.
