Forgery by amr infrastructure and realgains

I and 4 of my friends had booked a flat in kessel I-home project in greater noida in year 2009. This is a project by amr infrastructure company. We have paid about 3.3 lacs each in the project.

However recent communication/Discussion with amr is not reflecting 1.3 lakhs paid to them. This amount was meant for interior work and cheque was issued in the name of "I-homes interior" managed by realgains. The cheque was issued as per the broker's instructions who is investor clinic.

On further investigation, we found that amr had given the sales rights to another company called "realgain" (which is now running with another project named earth infrastructure in g-noida) and this company (I.E. Realgain) was looking after the agreement and they had deposited the 3 lacs in another account.

When we complaint this to amr, they asked us to talk to realgain and are ready to issue letter to us saying they do not have this money. However they are not providing any help. At realgain (earth infrastructure), they are not attending our request.
