Nisaga projects by krishna on brigade road is absolutely pathetic. As i wnt throgh some grievances, thir so cald enginers do not know what is triangle-rectangle.they try to extract commission.krishna is a vey arrogant person, promises everything on earth, asks to pay 1 lakh on booking by showing rosy pictures on his brochures.once paid, so many customers have lost money on cancellation, deducts 25-40% of the amount, and to get refund you need to slog, 2-6 months.most of his projects do not have water facilities, you will not know when the fire accident happens, cheap quality electrical fittins and even pathetic electricians.he uses cheap materials, recycled sand where the building cracks, leakage of toilets is common in his buildings.delay in completion is another factor, he threatens the customers who insist on completion on time as till he receive the full amount he is good then he shows his true colour.he has tied up with canfin homes arranges money to the customers through them gets disbursed before 50% construction and plays with the customers.the bank people are very clever, they have put a clause in agreement, the quality and possession risk will not be taken by them, it is the customers riskHe threatens with the use of rowdies and political connection.one of my friend booked in sarovara in EC, visited site in oct 09 during rain, the area was like sarovar only.the water rain water submerged basement upto ground and 1st fllor, he was disgusted asked for refund, initially he threatened finally agreed to pay by deducting 30% and gave after 4 months of followup.pls take the feedback of existing customers of nisarga before going ahead.not even 1 customer is satisfied.god alone can teach him a lession.now he has come forward with service apartments to cheat people, he will make money in someothers investment of i 25 lakhe, i will teli you the owners will not get a single rupee as benefit, even the customers will not get 10% of their proposed emi. HE promises furnitures and supplies cheap quality jungle wood cots as teakwood, basic LG tv and cheap wardrobe, value will not exceed 30000 rs.he says dining table when one customer asked for chair he abused him saying i have written only table not chair in the brochure.

I SINCERELY URGE PEOPLE WITH HARD EARNED MONEY, DONT EVEN GO NEAR THE PERSON AND LOSE UNNECESSARILY.ANYONE DEALING WITH KRISHNA WILL EXPERIENCE HARROWING EXPERIENCE.

i have read some comments praising krishna, the letters are manipulated and written by insiders.

some people are very clever and has come to know the real colours of cheat krishna, very less flats are sold and he is in financial trouble.

he was pulled to consumer court by one customer and is penalised

for heavens sake pls do not deal with him
