LONG PENDING OF REFUND OF DEPOSIT AMOUNT

Sir,

I, Smt. K. SARITHA had paid an amount of Rs. 5000/- towards the allotment of a house to be constructed by RAJIV SWAGRUHA, ANDHRA PRADESH with an Application No. 1001000037 vide DD No. 182555, Dt. 19/04 issued by APGB, Anantapur drawn in favour of AP HOUSING BOARD, HYDERABAD and after a long wait as there was no development at that time I had applied for cancellation of allotment of house and requested the refund of the deposit on 31/01. Though more than 2 years of time lapsed, my deposit amount of Rs. 5000/- is not refunded yet.

If my amount is not refunded immediately there is no othergo than to APPROACH THE COURT.
