Booked Apple ICE Flat and 50% paid

Sir,

I booked Apple ICE Flat No P 115 on the 16th floor on 22/05/09 for Rs17, 99, 000/- and 50% money paid at booking as cheques (Rs 7, 19, 600/- on the same day and 179900 on 22/06/09- Total-Rs 8, 99, 500/-) They promised to me to hand over flat on december.

But the works stopped after a few months and I asked for refund on may. They told as they are unable to pay at that time and I will be paid compensation for delay. I went to their office on 31st December, when I went for a short vacation and contactd Mr Rathesh Panicker, the contact person for apple ice project at that time. he repeated the same about delay and compensation and told me that the work will be in full swing in january and flat will be ready within 2 yrs. I could not meet their MD since he was out of station, as Mr ratheesh told. For my email enquiry, one month back, I got a reply from Mr Aneel, the new person in charge, that new schedule will be send within 2 weeks. But I did not get anything. They are cheating and now, the police raided their office, the owners absconding, and the mail servor down. Please include me also in the complaint list for refund.
