I had taken up the i month trial offer on July 14th & canceled the same on 30thJuly- barely using the service for two weeks. For the last delivery of dvd's I had given a request for pick-up on 25th July. Till date no pick-up has been done. Furthermore, on calling them over the phone, no one seems to be ever available. Messages left in mail box are not replied to. I have left 2 messages so far but to no avail. If a trial service is so incompetent I dread what is in store for regular clients.
