Club Mahindra Holiday package
Not fullfilled as promised

Espected sir we joined club mahindra on07/02/10.with a promise that they would give us a laptop Sonyvaio, food voucher worth rs 5000, and a holiday package to goa on a fixed date of 24 march to 27 march. we took this membership only on these condition which they had accepted for rs 36, 800. but now they refuse to give us a confirmation for our booking in goa for a studio apartment.

This membership was done in pasific mall by mr.rajiv.

kindly tell us what can be done about it if there is no confirmation or any of their promised deals are not to be fullfilled then please refund me my money
