No refund for Metallica Concert at Gurgaon

No refund against my ticket no. 24843 for cancelled Metallica concert at Gurgaon and they have disowned the ticket they sold from the concert venue saying Sr no. does not match with their records while ticket has Ticketgenie logo at the back. I have lodged a complaint with Gurgaon Police and this is a clear case of criminal conspiracy (Sec 120 B) and Cheating (Sec 420) under IPC. Those suffering similar fate must approach Gurgaon Police with their complaints since DNA Entertainment/ Ticketgenie have no intention to refund public money and they have done this multi-crore fraund on Metallica fans.
