Abusive Languages used during giving tickets

Today (29th January) morning when I went to fetch tickets for today's gemini circus show in Bangalore, I met with a very bad behavior on asking few questions.

All I asked them was what are the show timings and what would happen if rain comes? As a consumer I have "Right to information" regarding it.

But instead of answering they started shouting back. I still took tickets from them for the show and like all the helpless consumers posting my complaint here. I was also denied access to any of the managers in that company to lodge complaint again there employee. I hope atleast this way right people in "Gemini circus" would look into it and take necessary actions so that there customers don't face such rude behavior.
