Scraps Are Not Geting Send

My scraps are not getting send to my friends. I inquired about it & came to know that its a temprory problem & i just have to be logged out for 7hrs. But after doing this too my scraps are'nt getting send. Please help me out. I hope you will solve my problem. I love orkut.
