Holiday Package

Sir,

I have booked Holiday Package for 7 days and 8 nights by paying Rs 5943/-. as promised I have received no confirmation by e-mail nor I have been given any vouchers to avail the package. When I try contact them at 011-203009400 telephone from where I received call for the package, I am told that the number doe snot exist.

I had booked the package to gift it to my daughter for their anniversary on 12 December. I do not know what to do.
