Dear Mr. Pavan Jain,

How long would take for the resolving/responding the issue?

This is ridiculous. Being a prestigious organisation why u people r not even bothered for customer grievances? In such a case why u need to have an customer care mail i.d as well as a separate website. Is it not deceiving the customers by following unethical ways of the business principles?

I need your immediate response in this regard, otherwise, it will be a constrained me to approach legally.

This is to inform u that yesterday we have tried to book online for Varun Beach Inox, Vizag for Leader Telugu movie @ 10 p.m. show through my HDFC debit card, but while processing the payment it has shown that the transction is not successful and even I did not get any confirmation in your website stating that my tkts were confirmed. And also, I would like to bring to your notice that initially I tried thrice to book the tkts through CITIBANK CREDIT CARD no.4386289011912016 for the time and the transcation was failed, Then I tried with my ICICI BANK credit card no.4477473679070016 for second time, then also it had shown that the transaction was failed. Finally, I tried with my HDFC debit card and the same message shown that the processing for payment was failed.

Hence, I request your goodself to check at your end for all the above mentioned three transactions which were failed, and do me the needful at the earleist, otherwise I will be victimised three times for no reason.
