How long would take for the resolving/responding the issue?
This is ridiculous. Being a prestigious organisation why u people r not even bothered for customer grievances? In such a case why u need to have an customer care mail i.d as well as a separate website. Is it not deceiving the customers by following unethical ways of the business principles?
I need your immediate response in this regard, otherwise, it will be a constrained me to approach legally.

Finally, I tried with my HDFC debit card and the same message shown that the processing for payment was failed.
Hence, I request your goodself to check at your end for all the above mentioned three transactions which were failed, and do me the needful at the earleist, otherwise I will be victimised three times for no reason.
