Refund of Cancelled tickets amount

HI,

I had booked 4 tickets thru kyazoonga.com for Bran Adams show. When I was doing the internet booking due to some error in the website the tickets were not booked. So I booked the tickets again after sometime.

But Kyazoonga had booked my tickets for the failed transactioon too.

So instead of getting 4 ticket I got 8 ticket. I followed up this with kyazoonga customer service and got the 4 tickets cancelled.

I have a confirmation mail too from Kyazoonga.com that they have cancelled my tickets and the reversal of my amount is in process.

This was about 25 day back. I have tried many time calling to their call center which is always engaged and have also wrote at least 10 mails to the customer service even treatning them of consumer court. I feel this website is a fraud. People please be aware of this fraud website.

Can some one please help me here
