Copper Package / Indiatimes Shopping
No product received, nor refund

I had ordered a Copper package- 1 month package on Indiatimes shopping on 20th August. Till date I have neither received the package nor the refund of the money I paid even with repeated complaints. I did get a call and response from their customer care after 2/3 months that they would refund my payment to my credit card. Till date I have not seen this happen.
