Hello

my register mobile no 7405195429

on 7th december i had called in customer care for 1 year validity extention

i was told to recharge with 2190 by cce

i did recharge but not get validity,

i had done so many complain but they are not listing to me.

my phone is having call recording facility so i have that call recorded in which CCE has clearly said for 1 year 2190.

also i have all call recoreded which i did to customer care

please help
