Cheating by Airtel Digital TV

Before one week they have added some unnecessary channels on my account without any intimation. They started to deduct more amount from my account without any intimation.

I never contact them for any extra facility.

Then i contact him and told to deduct those channels which you have added without any intimation. But they have deducted some more channels which i was enjoying since last one year.

They have deducted some channels without any intimation. They are doing harrasement with their customers. I want the channles which was continue since last one year and with my routine package. They have cheated me and not answering since last one week. I am doing complaints so many times but not answering.
