Airtel DTH Complaints - No response for installation
No response for installation

Dear Sir,

I have paid 1650 /- online payment on the dated of 25th May for Airtel DTH Connection. After getting my customer id-3004173537 on the dated of 27th-May, I have requested for installation of Airtel DTH in my home address at Kopar khairane Navi Mumbai, After loading complain in his cust care I have got complain request id- 2871515 and followup for 3 days calling upto 10-15 times but found no response form cust service engineers and executives.

It is showing a very wrong impact towards Airtel DTH Services

As per your TAT of Airtel DTH, within a 72 hours connections should be installed, but It is not installed so far..

But still I didn't get my DTH conncetions..

I requested to you please take the necessary action to resolve my problem..
