Connection Issue

Dear Sir,

My Name is P.VIJAYA MOHAN and I stay at H.No 3-49/121/1, Ananda Rao Nagar, Old Alwal, Secunderabad -10. On 12/03 two sales rep named as Ravi Sankar. G with id code as HYBTO85-00716 from APPCO MARKETING (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED have approached us regarding the connection of Realaince Digital TV and they collected Rs. 1490 30 cash against connection and DD charges respectively and they gave us the work order and told us that the company engineer will contact us within 5 day for the install. however till date installation is carried out.

We have contacted the concern purpose several person including the marketing manger Arjun with phone no. 8809686953 and the sales representative Ravi Shankar with phone no. 9292351657, 9052511001 and we also contacted the head office at pune. initially they picked the called but as of now they are not even answering the phone calls.
