we are running our office in KSR Nagar, ambattur, chennai -53, in our locality one church is playing alarm bell for every one hour with enormous sound more than 100 decibels, we are facing huge disturbance during this time, and they are playing this alarm with 6 xylophone speakers which is banned by govt,
