Illegal shops in residential area-vinod naga

Dear sir, my name is Revati Nandan, i live in A138, street no. 8, West vinod nagar, delhi-92. in front of my house two shops are open. one is a vediogame parlour & another is welding works. both are too noisey & situated in residential area. Because of both shops all the neighbours are suffering from noise, harmful smoke & non-social elements. we several times told to both the shopkeepers to open there shop in another area but no result. please do some thing. the shops address is A-10, Steet no.7, Kumaun square, West vinod nagar, delhi-110092. my mail id is revatinandan1@gmail.com.
