Cooperative group housing society
Secretary neither solve the problems nor be available for taalk

I own a flat in cooperative group housing society. The secretary is a holding its post since 15 yrs abd he just take part in general body meet only after that he is not available no interest in solving the genuine problems

as per society bye laws i m entitled for a covered parking but sill after 8 yrs i havent got

recently some one stole the wheel cover and after my complain nothing happens

even after paying the monthly maintenance charges no one is attending the complain

what can i do in this regards
