Removing DTH disc antenna from terrace

SIr, My society has passed a resolution for all members to remove DTH antenna from the terrace for the reason that tenants when leaving the premises dis-mantle DTH disc causing damage to the terrace wall. Most of the members have installed the disc on their window grill. My flat facing East, not getting the signal from the window grill, thus i have no choice of DTH services, but to take cable connection. All flats in the facing EAst will have no option for DTH services but to go for Cable services for LIFE time.

Few members in the committee are purposely not willing to find out an alternate solution (such as allowing members to install DTH disc without damaging on connecting to the wall on the terrace). Please advise me how and what action i can take against the society to allow me & my family to avail DTH services of my choice and use terrace for installing disc on a table or platform without fixing it on the wall.
