Regarding water overflow near Birla Mandi

This is regarding the clean water flowing away uninterrupted from a main hole opposite to the main gate of H block (kendriya bhandaar) near park (near birla mandir at kali bari marg). People are using that water for cleaning their vehicles while some top floors are deprived of water. This is the situation in central delhi where govt quarters are located. also, no one cares for the plumbering, carpenter work complaints, they come and visit and do not pay attention unless they are paid privately, though they are govt servants. The concerned authorities are requested to take note of the same and do the needful.
