Worst Company ever / Spoiled my carrier / Abuse in office

Hi friends,

Once I was employed with India Document Solutions Private limited. I worked there for about 7 months.

So I will give you guys brief about my experience about at this company.

I started my job as Quality Control Associate (Fresher), at very happy note,

all charged up and giving 100% to my job.

Within next 3 months I was promoted as Trial Developer, wow I was amazed.

Then after 1 more month shit began, Our General Manager, Mr. Bhartendu Sharma started abusing me

and my fellow Trial Developers, We tried to keep our cool and work harder for the company. we even worked for like 20 hours continuously to get the business going.

But No matter How good We Performed, abusing and torchering became more and more with time.

it was like 1 to 1.5 hours session continuous abusing.(BC. MC. etc)

Then finally one day I quit the company because i was not able tolerate more shit.

This was under the company policy as they did not required any notice period at that point of time.

After few months, I was selected in another company.

Mr. Bhartendu gave feedback to other company that I have stolen the things from office and destroyed the company property (Even though i had releaving letter signed by bhartendu).

I lost that job and other jobs offers wherever i tried...

In the end after 1 year i again started as a fresher, and sucessfully selected @ IBM India

So that crust of the story is

1) DSG is a shit place, please do not go there and spoil your careers.

2) Bhartendu Sharma did everything he can to destroy me career, so he does with every one who leaves the company.

3) While i was working there was like 3 employees fired! for small mistake.

I almost lost my everything working there, and i advice you to not work there.
