MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I have ordered for Bromelain tablets a month ago and was told that i will receive it via VPP within 3 weeks, i have been calling every week now and first of all none of teh phne attendants can speak English and neither can they understand English, i have never come across worse customer service before in my life!

Last week i called and they said that the product has been dispatched and i will receive it any day.

Today i called them and they are telling me that it will take another 10 days for me to receive the product.

i regret placing an order with this company and i do not recomend anyone to order anything from "France Vita Natura Pvt Ltd" ever!
