About attitude of managament

My daughter appeared for entrance test at bharatiya vidhya bhavan school civil lines Nagpur, and results were displayed for 3 students only despite of 128 students appeared for exam. i asked for her ranking so Mr Iyer replied, jo hai so hai baki kuch nahi pata, that to very rudely. as a parent i asked him very politely that i am not expecting her in top 5 but i just wanted to know her caliber that 's all. so i think if this is the attitude of staff what they will teach to students that how to respect others?

bhavans school based on ethics and principles teaches this to students?
