Choked up gutter lines since three months

We are staying in above society Galiakoat wala estate in chembur mahul road. This is a chawl and it’s a landlord property. Since three months gutter lines are choked up and no one is taking the responsibility to have a look into it. Gutter is leaking right in front of our house and this caused bad odor and infection. My child is falling ill everyday coz of this

The owner of this property has selected two officials from the society who will look for the management, when we approach them they say that it is not their responsibility, we had approached BMC also and they said that the line is choked up and we need to replace the chamber and the cost is around 50000.00, as owner is not taking up any action to it we had approached other members of society and all are not ready to contribute as this leakage is not in front of their house, we are facing since last three months
