Sir,

I am a bonafide member of a G D Co operative Housing Society Ltd., we have entered into development agreement with a builder and the builder has made a initial payment of Rs. 30 Lakh as Society Corpus ie. A/c. payee cheque in the name of

G D Co operative Housing Society Ltd.

We are a 51 member society and out of the 51 members, 10 members have written to the managing committee that the society corpus of Rs.30 Lakh must be equally distributed amoung the 51 members. Rest of the 41members wish to keep their money with the society account as Advance Maintence Charges

I am one of the 10 members, kindly advise

How can I take my share from society corpus of 30 Lakh, while the managing committee is compelling the 10 members to go with the majority members.
