Ignorance of work

Hello i am resideing in balajinagar comes under shamirpet mandal . its all about the ignorance of employee of GHMC the govt have the garbage plant near by our locality (3 km). 24 hrs the truks are coming to deploy the garbage in the plant but at the night time the truck drivers are doing unnecessary thing by deploying the garbage not to the plant but near the residental place. On this there is lack of inconvenience to the public . i don't know why they doing all this thing are they earnings some extra money by deploy the garbage near by place and tell the supervisor that they deploy the garbage to the plant nd sell the disel to local shops.
