Empty site used for littering

There is an empty site 907; in 9th Cross, 24th Main, HSR Layout, Sector 1 and the owner of the site does not clean it or maintain it ever. Unwanted plants and weeds are grown here naturally since there is no care taken by the owner. Most of the time the adjacent residents gets the site cleaned up by their expenses. Residence especially of 10th Cross behind this site dumps all kind of garbage here which adds up the mess. This site has become a safe house for rodents and poisonous creatures. Adding to this list; there have been even attempts of robbery in this location as the plants have grown up to more than 5 meters which will cover the miscreants’ visibility. Can the authority take serious action on this complaint on behalf of neighbors of this site and issue serious warning to people who are littering this area please?
