I have a house in Co. Op. hous. Soc. in Paldi, Ahmedabad. My grandmother died in july. we have share certificate in joint name of my grandmother and my father's uncle, after death of my grandmother we applied for name transfer for my father instead of mygrandmother. my father have two sister only. the soc. ask submit noc from sisters for transfer name of my grandmother to my father. we have following documents...(1) NOC Of both sisters on 50 rs. stamp paper with noterised in court and witness, dated February before my grand mother died (2) registerd copy of weel of my grandmother..mention that both sister have no right in any property or cash..we submited both in society. but now society ask that present both sister at society office and sigh noc infront of them. now we have dispute with both sister and they want part in property and do not agree sign infront of society. what shoud we do?

1) what about above documents... is there any value of it? or we can fight with it.
